Dolce & Gabbana's 2010 Spring/Summer campaign will feature Madonna in some different poses to the ones we are used to. The pictures that have been trickling all over the Internet show the usually sexy Madonna in an Italian wife role, eating spaghetti, washing dishes, etc.

It's funny that fashion these days, whether a magazine cover or a advertising photo shoot, has a celebrity as main protagonist. Long gone are the days when a anonymous model would be the star of such campaigns. If you do find a model nowadays, it's one whose name is widely known and/or has a powerful boyfriend/husband such as a footballer, or a Hollywood actor. In other words, a model no more and a full-time celebrity.
