Meat Packing District: The skirt is from Tibi.Nolita

I thought the contrast between these two photos truly illustrates what life is like in New York City. For one, you can see that the outfit in the Meat Packing District borders on the more conservative while the outfit in Nolita borders on the more edgy. As well, you can see how the weather changes so rapidly here. One minute it's sunny and literally one minute later, it becomes cloudy.
