sunday woke up at the buttcrack of morning, 7 am, to get ready to be picked up ay 830 and go to watch a few of my friends drifting at a track that is in the middle of the desert. it was pretty cool and extremely scary to me. i definitely did not ride with anyone in their car as they were drifting, if anyone knows me they know that i am not a risk taker especially with my life. so the first couple hours it wasn't that bad and it was actually fun. then around 2pm i started getting uncomfortable and ansty. we diddn't leave the track till 6pm. yep, i was bored and toasty. tips for next time: a. drive your own car so you can leave when you want. b. reapply sunscreen!!!! but i have to say the track was a pretty cool place puuurrfect for a photoshoot. aaaah if only i had on a fabulous outfit. we were all kinda dressed like rednecks. yep me with boyfriend in his beard and wifebeater hanging out in the back of someone's truck.

monday woke up to screaming baby and itchy sunburn. went to work, then cruised over to the local goodwill to browse and bought a cool grey shirt. You know what? i have this aa uneck dress in 4 colors (white, black, red, and navy) but somehow the black one is gone, the red one is waaaaay to skanky to wear in daylight, the navy got bleached :(, and the white one is just hard to wear because no matter what color/type of underwear you put on, it always shows. i've had these dresses forever, i bought all 4 back in october of 2006 yet never wear any.
