Here is the Ruchika Sachdeva Lookbook; BioMechanics for Fall/Winter 2010. As you know already, I'm a sucker for anything Spinal Cord-ish. The romance began much before the day I gushed about Givenchy incredible haute couture collection and here I am, still besotted. Which is why that grey panelled jacket from the first image will (insha'Allah) be a birthday present to myself next month! :) Its primarily made of pure wool crepe, treated leather as is most of the rest of the collection and the spinal cord is ornamented with nickel free metal buckles. The detail I enjoy about it the most is the shock value of the built in spine in just-right doses. Subtle but provocative. The playsuit in the eighth image comes a close second but I know a friend who may beat me to it! :)
