Gold Coast designer Tara Ziems has recently made waves as one of the most popular designers on Fashion Democracy. Her dresses are full of cute little detailing & vibrant prints, and as Tara describes are "inspired by a mixture of vintage and upcoming trends... all garments are handmade and designs are very exclusive and limited in production."
