India fashion Blogger.The name behind these stylish versatile contemporary costume jewellery pieces is one of my all time favourite jewellery designers Mawi Keivom, a woman of Indian roots (Mizo?) and of constant personal inspiration to me. Costume jewellery has had a colossal revival lately; in Mawi's own words, its "fabulously fake and doesn't break the bank". 
Her S/S 2011 designs are split into two collections: Fine Costume and Heirloom.  The Fine Costume range is very Industrial Luxe: futuristic, one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by architecture, sculpture, industrial elements. This collection is quintessential Mawi for me. Big chunky shapes, supersized pearls, brightly hued gems, crisp and strong lines all coming together luxuriously.
