On Saturday, along with two of my favourite ladies, I ventured to the members lounge of Eagle Farm Racecourse to enjoy some punting and help raise money for the Zi Zag foundation. The Zig Zag Foundation is a Queensland charity, founded in 2007, which aims to raise money to assist sick and underprivileged children from 0-18 years.
The day was incredible. My horses may have let me down, but the champagne and girl talk certainly didn't. I think it helped that we were in the members lounge, because we weren't out in the hot sun all day; getting hot and sunburnt.
