Fashion Fridays Heat 3

On the 4th of October a collection of Brisbane fashionistas joined together at Capulet bar in Fortitude Valley for a night of fun inspired by a selection of young Brisbane designers and their latest capsule collections. Capulet's Fashion Fridays is a fabulous monthly competition for Brisbane designers, with the final prize including a stock deal with Pretty Please Boutique, flights for MBFF 2014 and the production of a new season look-book, with all costs covered.

The heat we went to was the third of four sets, with the next heat being on Friday the 8th of November and the final event to take place at Capulet on the 1st of December. Heat 3 designers Jessica Tovey, I Found Lucy, Hoskin Designs, Zara McKenna, Evelyn Curtis and Hunting Faith amazed an audience full of eager fashion saavy patrons, who have now taken to facebook to vote for their favourite to get into the finals.I wore a crop tshirt from Sportsgirl, paired with a headband and lace shorties by featured designer Evelyn Curtis.
