There's nothing quite like a picnic by the beach on a still spring day to push away your troubles. The closest thing to a perfect spring Sunday, for me anyways, involves my girlfriends, a cheese platter, a piece of gluten free cake, homemade iced tea and of course a trend-setting hat to match.
