The models were dolled up by the girls from Stefan Australia and draped in wears from both the winners of each heat, as well as four wild card designers. I found it interesting that Fashion Fridays selected three wild cards from the very same heat and only one from another heat. Heat three must have been an amazing heat to warrant this. In my opinion, all the designers in all heats have had something to offer and the final was only a snippet of the talent showcased over the past four heats. Here's a look at the showcased collections, including competition winner Fabled & True. I Found Lucy (Wild Card) Fabled & True (Heat 1 Winner & GRAND FINAL WINNER) Flynn (Heat 2 Winner) Evelyn Curtis (Heat 3 Winner) Jessica Tovey (Wild Card) Undral (Heat 4 Winner) Hoskin (Wild Card) Lipoa Threads (Wild Card) With fellow blogger Ashleigh of The Blonde Silhouette With the talented Lucy behind I Found Lucy The judging panel for the finals included non other than Emma Gaffy from No Name Style and Kyrane Hounslow from Pretty Please Boutique, amongst a handful of other Brisbane creatives. The determination process for the grand final winner was inspired by game shows such as Dancing with the stars, where the audience had a chance to place an anonymous vote, but the judges also voted. The result? Fabled and True took out first prize!!!! Absolutely amazing designer and a delightful person to know. Lexi had the most adorable shoes on from Sportsgirl. I couldn't help but get a photo of them. My shoes are from Factorie, which I paired with a dress from The Hiding Tree and crop shirt from Dickybird Dresses. ♥
