summer shoes
I've always been a big fan of bringing extra pairs of shoes with me when I'm going to be out all day; I may have to go from running errands to an important business meeting, and then to an evening blogging event. Of course there's no way I can wear four inch heels for ten hours straight, so flats are always a must. Sometimes I even bring a third pair, depending on my schedule.

When Shoe Carnival--a great site for super affordable summer styles--asked me to choose a few pairs, I decided to challenge myself to find an outfit versatile enough to fit all three of my selections. I ended up wearing a Forever21 crop top with Torrid skinny jeans and a neon floral kimono from ASOS. (Oh, and if you don't follow me on social media and have yet to find out--surprise! I'm a blonde now!)photo shoecarnival1_zps4ad6c70a.jpgphoto shoesnudeedit_zps0d04c2a2.jpgI absolutely love that these pumps by Delicious are two-tone! Nude and white look great together and go with almost everything. The oversized buckle sold me, and the higher heel makes them a great option for events.photo shoecarnival2_zps5c6f106d.jpgphoto shoesmint_zps1cba4dfd.jpgMint heels by Madden Girl! These are super fun, and a great way to add a pop of color to an outfit without going overboard. I love that the heel isn't too high, making them totally comfy to wear at the office.photo shoecarnival3_zps76e5ef18.jpgphoto shoesblack2_zpsa40c33cc.jpgLast but certainly not least, flats are a must for running around! I love that these ones by Nine West have the buckles and cut-outs, and the best part is there is a zipper up the back, so I don't have to worry about unbuckling everything each time I want to wear them.photo Gabi10-041_zps331ce280.jpgPhotos by Sylvia G.
