What can I say about our trip to Wilson's Promontory earlier this month, other than how peaceful and full of love, food and laughter it was. My beautiful parents decided that they wanted to explore some of Victoria on their latest Melbourne visit, so we rented out a delightful Air BnB in Walkerville for the long weekend and made some more memories along the coast. There was Venus Bay, paddocks of horses and alpacas, Phillip Island and Mount Oberon, along with nights spent in our little shack playing Cards Against Humanity and Cranium in between servings of cheese, chocolate and red wine. Whilst at Philip Island dad also proceeded to beat us all at mini golf, much to This Guy's disappointment.
I can not express how greatly I appreciate the relationships I have with my parents and that we all share a thirst for exploring, for nature and for spending time turning over new stones. We're already talking plans for another getaway, just the four of us, to enjoy one another's company in a beautiful place.
