Hairstyles for the Uncomplicated Bridesmaid

A great friend of mine is getting married in April, and I couldn't have been more excited when she asked me to be one of her bridesmaids. The only thing I realise now, is that this is no simple matter!

There are hundreds of things to do, from organising a decent "hen do", to assisting the bride and groom in any organisational matters, etc. Additionally, one must be styled as a bridesmaid, and there is the dress, the subsequent alterations to it, the shoe hunt, accessories, jewelry, make up and hair. So much to do!

For my friend's wedding, we, the two bridesmaids, are quite bohemian, so we are aiming for something stunningly stylish but easy to wear and create. Fashion Limbo has a couple of ideas.

We found the two below in our favourite Spanish blog, Trendencias. Both looks are laid-back and uncomplicated. Easy to achieve by lifting the hair up in a small bun, these looks are soft and never tight, allowing front strands of hair to fall softly. Add a flower to one side, low, close to the neck, and boho chic has never been sexier.

Another way to add glamour to a relaxed bun is by means of some sparkle, à la Scarlett Johansson, with a tiara.
