I'm way too lazy to actually work out, so my preferred method of exercise is hiking. Nothing more relaxing then taking a mini hike into the hills to see all of southern california. I could never move! Also, I'd like to remind everyone that the purpose of blogging is to express one's own opinion and point of view. You don't have to agree.
