I'm not one for just lying on the beach and baking in the sun for the whole day, but I can't deny how absolutely wonderful it is to walk along its vicinity and enjoy the warmth and gentle breezes. In Vancouver we're blessed to have beaches enveloped with greenery and mountains that seem to stretch on for miles, and last week the bestie and I took that all in after an afternoon of shopping.
