Here's my followup post to the last outdoor version of the Randolph Street Market for the season. Since I participated in a charity event on Friday night, before the market opened, I missed out on seeing a majority of the outdoor booths. Luckily the market runs Saturday and Sunday so I made it back on Sunday afternoon when it was sunny and warm, the perfect shopping weather!Even though it's the end of outdoor flea markets here in Chicago, Randolph Street continues to hold its markets indoors every month. They're having a special event this week, the Modern Vintage Jewelry & Clothing Explosion will be held this weekend in the West Loop Saturday and Sunday 10AM-6PM. Unlike the regular markets, Modern Vintage focuses exclusively on vintage and antique clothing, jewelry and accessories. There's menswear too!

All my accessories were purchased at Randolph over the weekend! There was a ridiculous amount of cheap jewelry (we're talking $1-$10). I'm wearing a vintage high school class ring, a 1930s/40s copper flower bracelet, a 1960s copper bracelet with a print of ivy and a 1960s lucite bangle embedded with real gold flakes.
My sweet friend and Randolph vendor Sam of Rose Vintage took all the photos of me and even suggested that I pose with her rad 1960s Schwinn bicycle. Of course she took it for a spin too.
