Those Calendar Moments

Have you ever met a woman who didn't have a LBD?

This little wonder, a custom piece from Evelyn Curtis, is definitely a favourite go-to piece for the in between seasons...she's managed to create for me a simple, stylish, garment that won't date and can be dressed up or dressed down for any occasion that may hit my calendar.

Speaking of calendars, my weeks are getting busier and busier, though I didn't think it possible. My calendar is fast booking up with birthdays, travel plans, brunch dates, house guests and adventure trips with my beau Jarrod. Soon it will be Christmas and another year would have passed, but I'm enjoying every minute of it. Looking at my calendar in the kitchen each morning as I eat my breakfast, all I feel is anticipation and excitement, no fear that the new year is fast approaching. After all, if it's anything like this year, it's sure to be a good one. Melbourne is treating me well. My apartment has truly become a home, and my neighbourhood has grown on me more than any suburb ever did in Brisbane. St Kilda is where my heart is kept, and I can't imagine separating myself from this place. I've finally found what I was so desperately looking for moving from suburb to suburb in Brisbane.
