So yesterday, 1st November 2014 was a big day for Benefit, it has been a year since Benefit USA landed their feet on Indonesia. Now they have 3 stores located in Plaza Indonesia, Plaza Senayan and PIM! They are growing so fast and we love it.
A little background about Benefit, it was originated in USA by two identical TWINS, Jane and Jean. Not only smart, they are two gorgeous women with the luck from the stars. In the 60s, it is not so common for ladies to enter University, born and raised in Austin, Texas, their mom encouraged them to go study in the University, and so they did. They were 6"3' and gorgeous, all the men would want to date her. One day, they were approached by two great and amazing guys to participate in a charity event by opening a kissing both. And heck they said no, but they open the first BROW BAR ever! 
And the story continues until they graduated in school and started a modelling career. As they are so beautiful, they were the it girls, because One is good and Two is even better! But as we all know, modelling career will come to an end at last, with the fresh faces everyday, they did not really had much job by then. So their Mom, June, called them out and asked them to go back to Texas and get married if they don't find a job in one week. So they started brainstorming about what they should do, well they did come up with two choices : Casserole shop or A brow and Make up Bar. They literally flipped a coin and it landed on Head which is Brow and Make up Bar. And that is how they started their first business, and guess what? They made it up til now! So far, over 11 years, they reached approx. 1400 stores over 43 countries! And they will grow even faster and better.So that is the short inspiring story! Now let me start to write about the event. Basically, we were taught by Jared Bailey, the International Spokesperson and Global Services of Benefit to create and draw our own brow. Because yes, the main thing ever that girls are always concerned about is how to make their brow looks amazing. There will be only one big and major rule "TWO is better than ONE", so hell no to Unibrow!
Jared performed his best art on the audience, he was really informative and funny, so we actually enjoyed listening to his angel voice. Besides teaching us on how to create a perfect eyebrow shape, Jared also explained about Brow Waxing, in which is one of Benefit's Specialities!
The venue was also decorated accordingly to Benefit theme, Vintage and Girly. Kaffeine was transformed into something different and we felt happy the first moment we stepped inside the cafe! Oh! And besides the Jared Show *it is, right? ;)* Benefit provided us with extra perking up kits, and they are Brow Waxing booths and Make Up booths! I did my brow both waxed and drawn! Overall, we love the show and I will visit Benefit as soon as my brow grows wildly! Thanks again for the opportunities, Love!xx
