The night before our wedding day This Guy and I took our families out for a tapas dinner at The Mill On Morrison in Hobart to celebrate. It was the first time both our families were in the same room together and served as a great introduction prior to the ceremony. We booked a table with a set menu and delighted in a culinary feast as we swapped stories.
Most of our family had only just arrived in town from interstate and were in need of a good feed, and thirsty for a nice red or cider. The Mill did not disappoint. If you're heading to Hobart and seeking out a great tapas joint this is the place to be.
