NYC Style Spot   +  Inspiration

Bells
Last weekend I decided to take a spontaneous trip up to Brisbane to spend some time with my family. I hadn't seen them in two months and was definitely ready for a big family brunch, laughter and lots of hugs. Whilst This Guy was at work I soaked up the sun in Brisbane. As much as I love Melbourne, this year's winter has me wanting to hibernate, eat comfort food and drop my style principles in yearning for my very own onesie (I have not yet caved as I fear what may happen once I do).

Every time I have visited Brisbane over the past year people have told me I must go to the Eat Street Markets. This fair of foodie heaven launched just before I moved but I had never made it there… until Sunday. With a brunch at Chester Street Bakery already under our belts and the weather on our side, we ventured to Hamilton to check out what all the fuss was about. Not all that much in the way of gluten free treats I'm afraid, but alas I managed to smuggle away a bag of caramel popcorn and some fudge.

The summer like Brisbane weather brought out the bohemian stylist in me as I paired some fleetwood bells from Spell Designs with a cardigan from Ruby Yaya. I simply can't wait to be able to show off some skin again in Melbourne. Hiding away under stockings and denim is starting to get a little boring I must say.Bells - Spell Designs
