Sometimes after a hard day all I need is a walk along the beach, with the sand between my toes, to ground me back to earth and replenish my soul. Thankfully we live right by the beach so a beach walk is never too far away, and as I stroll it seems so much easier to reset my perspective, and my troubles suddenly begin to fade.
