well, not to mention that yoghurts have 0 fat! but, do you think it's okay to consume them too much? i guess not! they are 0 fat, but they're not 0 sugar. anyway, sugar is more fattening than we could ever imagine. sugar makes us fat! like, it's better to eat meats than to eat rice. that's true! because rice contains lot of carbohydrate which has sugar in it, and meats are better because they contain more protein and fat, and it's not so bad than carbohydrate. :) believe me, i have a reliable source though. so, about frozen yoghurt, should we still eat them in a large portion? better think twice.. 0 fat doesn't make 0 sugar.. :P sour sally-ing everyday! :) tuti frutti even little children love it.
