Good morning!

it's 9.30 in the morning, and i've just finished eating nuts.. i don't know what to eat, though. well, my stomach hurt a lot just now, i think it's because of the terasi chili that i ate yesterday. perhaps, i ate too much. lol. so.. what am i gonna do today? i planned to watch some movie today, but i think that won't work, so, maybe i'll just do the plan B. go to the hospital, to visit nyu2n, then let the time flows. i could use the time to ask somebody to go with me. :) lol. the discussion for now! i think i'm gonna bring up about froyo madness! (read: frozen yoghurt).

well, not to mention that yoghurts have 0 fat! but, do you think it's okay to consume them too much? i guess not! they are 0 fat, but they're not 0 sugar. anyway, sugar is more fattening than we could ever imagine. sugar makes us fat! like, it's better to eat meats than to eat rice. that's true! because rice contains lot of carbohydrate which has sugar in it, and meats are better because they contain more protein and fat, and it's not so bad than carbohydrate. :) believe me, i have a reliable source though. so, about frozen yoghurt, should we still eat them in a large portion? better think twice.. 0 fat doesn't make 0 sugar.. :Psour sally-ing everyday! :)tuti fruttieven little children love it.
