I've done an online interview, and here it is..
1. How did you come up with the idea to open this boutique?
At the beginning, my sister and I never really concern about our mother's business in fashion industry for over 10 years. But then we both realized that between us, there's unified passion which is fashion. So we both want to share our interest and hobby and made that dream come true by opening this boutique.
2. Why is it called PLOPHERZ?
First of all, we really want our boutique to go international, so we managed to create a commona and easy to remember name which is easily pronounced by Indonesian and others. PLOPHERZ itself stands for Florence and Jennifer a.k.a Jepher, so there we go! PLOPHERZ!
3. What difficulties do you face?
There are lots of difficulties we have faced ever since the boutique was opened. There are not many people familiar with PLOPHERZ, most likely to be said, PLOPHERZ doesn't exist. As we both are students, sometimes we find it hard to manage our time. We grow PLOPHERZ from zero to hero. We do handle the marketing, promoting, even we handle the complaints by person. But thanks GOD, everything is under control and we end up with great compliments from our customers.
4. Who are your biggest supports?
Parents, family and friends have their biggest role in PLOPHERZ development, because our first customers are mostly our friends and our mother's friends. But as time goes by, we got more regular customers!
5. Are the products imported?
Our Products are imported from Hong Kong, Korea and Bangkok with varieties in types. We try our hardest to provide affordable items with great quality.

Monday - Saturday : 07.30 - 17.00
Sunday : 12.00 - 17.00

IDR70 - IDR500 for clothing
IDR20-IDR300 for accessories
>IDR800 for super quality bags
7. What type of clothing do PLOPHERZ provide?
PLOPHERZ's clothing is basically casual yet sophisticated. We follow the trends and our collection is wearable for daily activity. We provide variety types of clothes from edgy to girlish.
8. What's your wish for people who want to be fashionable?
9. What's your favorite fashion quote?
Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.
10. What's your opinion about today's fashion?
These days, fashion changes rapidly. We got many fresh, young and talented designers, we can’t think of any other way to express our great impression other than leaving our thumbs up for them. They compete with each other to create spectacular masterpieces. But that’s one of the things we must beware about in choosing the best outfit for us. Some of those great outfits aren’t wearable even though you force it. So, wear anything that you think suit you best.
11. What are your future hopes?
Generally speaking, we hope the fashion industry flourishes massively and be more creative and innovative. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, it’s one of the biggest creative quotes. To be creative, challenge yourselves! Do lateral thinking! You need to break out of conventional thinking and take off the blinkers made by past experience.
For PLOPHERZ, we hope our business grows until we can achieve our biggest dream : GO INTERNATIONAL, we wish to be one of the most favorite fashion brands and to have our own department store. AMEN
