We have moved back to Melbourne and just put our house up for Sale or Rent. I'm hoping we just Rent it as I would like the option of moving back one day... maybe! It was an awesome location (right near Cott beach, Claremont Quarter and the lovely Peppermint Grove Playground on the Swan River. It seemed to be 15 minutes to everywhere I needed to go- Subiaco, City and Fremantle. I will miss this very comfortable & enjoyable family home!
